Many gear types and qualities can be changed or improved using the Horadric Cube. Adding Magic Find items will increase your chances of getting any magical drops. While gear of any rarity can drop at nearly any level and difficulty in game, the higher the level of game, the more Rare, Set, and Unique items you will see.
